This long-distance transportation service is designed to support meaningful, growth-driven travel experiences that align with your SMART DREAMS journey. In addition to education and employment, this service may be used for approved family visits, SAFE Team connections, bucket list experiences, and opportunities that directly support your SMART goals. Due to the extended time, cost, and coordination required, all long-distance trips must be planned in advance and approved by the Assistant Housing Manager or your SMART DREAMS Coach as part of your weekly or goal-based planning. Approved uses may include: • Family engagement and relationship-building visits • SAFE Team meetings, mentorship, or support connections • Bucket list experiences that contribute to personal growth and motivation • Opportunities tied to your SMART goals, identity development, or life progression By booking this service, you acknowledge that: • Your trip has a clear purpose aligned with your growth, relationships, or SMART DREAMS goals • You have received prior approval before scheduling • You accept full financial responsibility for the total cost of the trip, including extended mileage, time, and any additional fees This service is about more than distance—it’s about intentional experiences that build confidence, connection, and your future.
