Service Description

Transportation Booking & Billing Policy Overview Our transportation service is designed to provide safe, reliable, and timely travel support for all customers. To ensure smooth operations and accountability, all bookings are subject to the following billing and service guidelines. 1. Booking Responsibility • All transportation services must be booked in advance through our approved platform (website or app). • The customer requesting the service is responsible for ensuring all trip details are accurate, including pickup location, destination, time, and any special instructions. 2. Billing Responsibility • Each booking is the full financial responsibility of the customer who schedules the service. • By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to pay the total cost of the trip, including mileage, wait time, tolls, and any applicable fees. • Pricing is calculated based on the current service rate ($2 per mile or package rate if selected). 3. Payment Terms • Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise approved. • Accepted payment methods include card, app-based payments, or approved program credits (such as loyalty rewards, if applicable). • Any unpaid balances may result in suspension of future booking privileges. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations must be made within the designated timeframe (At least 4 hours in advance). • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or full charge of the scheduled trip. • Repeated no-shows may lead to restricted access to transportation services. 5. Wait Time & Delays • Drivers will wait up to a designated grace period (10 minutes). • Additional wait time may be billed accordingly. • If the customer is unreachable or excessively late, the trip may be marked as a no-show. 6. Conduct & Safety Expectations • Customers are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during all transportation services. • Any unsafe or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund and possible suspension from future services. 7. Program Use • For program participants (Dreamers), transportation may be used as part of their development plan. • However, financial accountability remains part of the learning experience, and all rides must be approved and aligned with SMART goals when using program funds or reward
